Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping:

We offer free standard shipping on all wig orders within the U.S. No minimum purchase required.

Shipping for Hair & Beard Oils:  

Shipping rates for Elam Lushé hair growth oils and Elam Elixir beard oils are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times:

- Wigs (Free Standard Shipping): 7-14 business days  

- Oils & Grooming Products:** 3–7 business days (Standard), 1–3 days (Express, optional)

Tracking:

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages:  

We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect shipping addresses, or customs issues. If your package is missing, contact us and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or resolving the issue.

International Shipping:  

Currently available for select regions. Shipping rates and times vary by destination.
